Bomb Pop Keychain Crochet Pattern

It's not summer time without a bomb pop! This is a classic summer treat and of course I needed to make a cute crochet version.

To create the bomb pop texture, I worked into the front and back post of the stitches using half double crochet. This was my first time working into the post and will definitely be incorporating this technique into future projects. I love the raised texture and would be so interesting to add it to a bag or sweater.

If you've never worked into stitch posts before, check out my tutorial for front post and back post half double crochet here!

Hold onto summer a little longer with this free pattern and crochet your own bomb pop key chain! If you crochet your own popsicle, don't forget to tag me @thepudgyrabbit on Instagram, would love to see them!
