When will my order ship? How much is shipping?
- FOR RETAIL ORDERS: We process and ship within 1-5 business days using USPS shipping options. We offer $6 flat rate shipping with free shipping on orders $50+. You can also upgrade your shipping speed for an additional cost, which will be determined by the weight and final destination of your package.
- FOR WHOLESALE ORDERS: We process and ship within 1-5 business days using the carrier of your choice. Shipping costs will be determined by the weight and final destination of your package.
Do you accept returns/exchanges?
- FOR RETAIL ORDERS: We accept returns/exchanges of unopened and undamaged items within 14 days of delivery. Buyer is responsible for any shipping costs incurred while returning or exchanging.
- FOR WHOLESALE ORDERS: All orders are final unless defective or damaged during shipping. If you should receive damaged or defective merchandise, please let us know within 5 days of receiving your order and we'd be happy to assist.
What are the skill levels of your DIY kits? Can a beginner do them?
Our crochet kits are designed with total beginners in mind. Each kit includes video tutorials that walk you through the entire pattern as well as the crochet basics step by step, making it easy to get started.
Do you offer wholesale?
Yes! Our crochet kits and accessories are available for wholesale. If interested, you can sign up for a wholesale account with us. Once approved, you can shop and place orders whenever you'd like. You can also place orders via Faire here.
